Theoretical considerations for designing systems
The research topic is theoretical considerations for designing systems; dynamic processes in which multiple related elements achieve their objectives. The system is roughly synonymous with the definition of Nonaka’s organizational knowledge in knowledge management. In other words, the system is knowledge, the organization itself. The characteristics and rules of the system are hidden in the organization, and no one knows the whole picture. It is essential to infiltrate the organization to get an overview of the system.
