He is engaged in research on software engineering, software development methodology, requirements engineering, agile development, object-oriented development process, IT human resource development, PBL (Project Based Learning), and environmental informatics. During his PhD in 1997, he founded a joint-stock company, Numeric, and served as president until 2005. Ph.D. (policy / media).
It is effective to learn modeling in order to acquire a way of thinking for systematization. Modeling is to describe some system logically and systematically, and there are various methods. Qualitative modeling is a method of constructing a model using a natural language or a dedicated modeling language, unlike a quantitative model using mathematical formulas. You will be able to take a bird’s-eye view of the system, get a rough idea of the constituent elements, and define the overall picture of the system. There is an urgent need to develop human resources who can design the system that should be in the future by utilizing modeling.
