Aiming to be one of leading statisticians, he has been researching data-related solutions and tackling various issues such as quality management, satellite environment measurement, new drug evaluation, government statistics, environmental and food safety, Finance and Marketing, Suicide prevention, quality assurance of professional education systems and Elementary and Secondary Statistics Education. He respects K. Pearson (the founder of the grammar of science) and Soseki Natsume who introduced the grammar to Japan.
